Fall Honey with Honey Comb

A darker, more robust, and uniquely flavored honey packed with pollen and nutrients from the Asteraceae or Aster family, more commonly known as Ragweed and Goldenrod.

The pollen from these plants affect many with Fall allergies.  

It is believed that eating honey that contains pollen from plants that cause allergies helps to alleviate allergy symptoms by exposing the body to these allergens to build up immunity.
